4. Legal basis

Enquiry-form submissions are retained for up to 24 months from the date of last contact, after which they are deleted from our systems. Client project files are retained for seven (7) years in line with our professional insurance requirements.

• Unsplash — for portfolio images. Unsplash may log requesting IP addresses.
• OpenStreetMap — for the studio location map on our Contact page.
• cPanel hosting infrastructure — the Site is hosted on standard shared cPanel infrastructure located in the United States.

7. Your rights

Regardless of where you live, you may at any time:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
• Request that we correct or delete that information;
• Withdraw consent you previously gave;
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. California residents (CCPA)
